Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of the website http://localhost:3000 and its free tools, operated by Etienne Pin-Claret, sole proprietor (France), SIRET 981502578 ("we").

1. Pre-launch website

NextWishlist is not yet commercially available. The website currently offers free tools (Next Fest calendar, wishlist calculator) and a waitlist. Specific terms of service and sale will be published and accepted before any paid subscription. Payments will be handled by a merchant of record (Paddle), which will be indicated at checkout.

2. Free tools: estimates, not guarantees

Our calculators and calendars provide estimates and information. Steam dates and rules come from Valve's official documentation at the verification date shown on each page; Valve's official documentation always prevails. Results (wishlists needed, net revenue, deadlines) depend on assumptions and may be inaccurate. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and no result is guaranteed (wishlists, sales, event selection).

3. No affiliation

NextWishlist is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Google, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Meta or TikTok. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it at scale, bypass its limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content and code belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may quote our public data and benchmarks with attribution and a link.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the tools, nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Law and disputes

French law applies. Consumers may use the free consumer mediation service designated in our terms of sale once published, and keep the right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
